Veritas Christian Counseling
Veritas means truth. We believe that counseling should be built upon the stable ground of objective truth. At Veritas Counseling, we will not point you to “your truth,” but rather to the truth, Jesus Christ. He is the way and the truth, all things hold together in him, and his word is truth.
We are now offering FREE counseling by appointment only on the first Saturday of every month! Sessions will be roughly one hour long and will be held at 402 Frances St, Hahira, GA 31632.
About Us
Who are the counselors?
Our counselors are not mental health experts. They are sinners who have been saved by grace who understand God's word and are equipped to apply it. They are people who will not seek to point you to the opinions of man, but who will call you to faith, trust, obedience, love and joy.
What do we provide counseling for?
We believe that the Bible speaks to all of life and is authoritatively relevant to any situation. Counseling is offered for anxiety, depression, marriage, pre-marital, addiction, anger, and much more.
What will be expected of you?
Successful counseling requires many things. One of the main ingredients is for you to be committed to reorienting your thoughts and actions around the Scriptures. Expectations include completion of homework, devotion to godly disciplines, church attendance, etc. We are here to help!
